October’s top TAs:

Tim Cole

With nearly three decades of experience, I have provided operational support across a wide range of industries, including managed services, healthcare, software development, finance, and insurance. My career began as the owner/operator of an acclaimed Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Atlanta area. Over the course of more than ten years, I cultivated a client base of almost 100 customers and earned numerous accolades and awards, consistently being recognized as the best computer services firm. I have a genuine passion for technology and take great satisfaction in assisting businesses in harnessing its power to enhance productivity. I am skilled in bridging the gap between technical requirements and actionable strategies for key stakeholders, effectively speaking both the language of technology and that of the executive suite. Outside of work I’m a father of two and my interests include hiking, skiing, photography, and off-roading.

Chad McCabe

I have been working with computers since the late 70’s.  I have been working in the IT field professionally since 1997. From working as a builder in a small computer shop in Broomfield to maintaining small to medium size businesses in the Denver Metro area. I have also been Systems  Admin and Network Engineer for some area businesses. I have worked with most of the major brands of networking equipment and operating systems. I am very proficient in Mac, PC and Linux environments. I do have certificates in the networking realm and have a degree in Networking Engineering. My pass time is spending time with my family, racing cars and supporting my racing club, Amateur Radio and working on cars.

In my thirty-plus year career with Technology, I have gained Functional to Hands-on to Certified knowledge in virtually every aspect of IT. Much of my work has been through various IT Consultancy businesses which placed me at Fortune 500 companies down to two-person offices. If I don’t know how to do it or fix it, I can quickly figure out how. My consulting assignments included Project Management, systems architecture, security investigation, policy & procedure development in addition to the expected emergency troubleshooting & system recovery, system administration, upgrades and installations that a versatile technician does.

I hold industry certifications from Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Novell (yes Novell…and it wasn’t easy)

Outside of learning and working with technology, I make wine, enjoy time with my Siberian Husky and time riding my motorcycle. (don’t you just love this kind of minutia?)
